Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Peppermint Bark

Ingredients:

1 pound semisweet chocolate
1 pound white chocolate
1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the semisweet chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out into a thin layer.
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Pour the melted white chocolate over the semisweet chocolate and spread it out into a thin layer.
Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies over the white chocolate.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is set.
Break the chocolate into pieces and enjoy!
